Mortgage Application Checklist

Prepare Your Documents. Before you start your mortgage application, make sure you have all the necessary documents ready. Use this checklist to ensure you’re fully prepared.

  • 3 months payslips
  • Utility Bill with current address (less than 3 months old)
  • Photo ID (Passport / Driving Licence)
  • 6 months of Bank Statements
  • 3 months Credit Card statement (inc Revolut)
  • Any other outstanding loan statements (last 6 months)
  • Evidence of deposit savings
  • Salary Certificate from employer (confirming current job title and salary/benefits package)
